Detox; is this time for real?
Hmm, he's gotten our hopes up so many times only to crush them. I'd say this is the most anticipated album in hip-hop and were putting alot of pressure on that guy, so I really don't mind if he takes his time to insure it's good.
“I’m just now, over the last couple months, starting to feel that it’s
going to be right and it’s something I can be proud of, and everybody
is going to love it,” Dr. Dre explained to USA Today. “In a perfect world, I’m shooting for a November or December release."
So, I assume we can expect this next March? How many unit's will this move? Wait, wait... is it even going to come out? Just a few questions for you to ponder, I know that's what I'm thinking about. And hopefully we start getting our hands on singles and ep's because with this news im getting anxious. If his tracks are anything like some of the promo's he's had released recently, you can expect an album you'll still be banging for the next ten years.
Onto another note, they say hiphop's dying. Who is 'they'? Enjoy those two Lincolns of the day.

Batman To The Rescue!
I wont be reviewing or spittin about Batman so don't sweat it, I just thought that headline might grab your attention. Maybe not. The downloads are coming back online very shortly; however the instrumentals have been lost. So we will be starting from scratch on the instrumental's database. We will be restoring the database and uploading files over the next two to three days. So don't worry if a file link isn't working, just try to download it again later on; got to admit it'll take about two days of uploading before the majority of the acapellas are online again. If you happen to be looking for instrumentals, there are thousands on the forums, and we also take requests on the forums for all you new comers that weren't aware. P.S.: If your still waiting on the interviews to come, dont worry, we have a couple. I just need to get that section up and running and ready to go :D

Who The Hell Does Shawty Lo Think He Is?
Soulja Boy? What the hell are these new kids doing playing with the vets? Serious. As the news goes, Shawty Lo and T.I. beefin strictly through music. It started with T.I. getting offended at Shawty Lo's track titled 'King'. Shawty Lo approached him and asked him if he could do a jam with him, and next thing Lo hears is I was King and the lames started laughin’ and/Same sucka now want the King on a track with him on the 'Big Things Poppin' single. Ever since they've been throwing little jabs at eachother. But lets look at this more carefully. First of all, who the fuck cares if he titled a rack "King". Second of all, no wait, thats it. Regardless Shawty Lo needs to swallow his nuts and why isnt T.I. locked up? What happened with that? Anyway, they said they keepin it musical and they aint going to a street level. There's one way to stay alive; how exactly did guns and violence come into hiphop, were the only genre. You aint hard cause you can pull a trigger, or have your bodyguard do it for you. All it means is your a pussy cause if you really had balls you'd roll face to face. Stay straped, stay bitch-made. Thats my two cents for today.

Why Are The Downloads Down?
Because you touch yourself at night! Wow, that isn't old. My host, HostGator, suspended my site because it contained copyrighted material. The copyrighted material included the acapellas and the instrumentals, if you hadn't guessed already. They have allowed my site to temporarily continue, however they will not allow the downloads to exist without me providing 'copyright licenses that allow me to distribute this content'.
For the meantime, you can check out the downloads in the forums which include acapellas and instrumentals that other users have posted, but the main download database will be down for a little while.
Sorry for inconvience, hope to see you in the forums, and check back often!

Yung Joc Got No Flow!
And I aint talking bout his lyrics. Nah, just kidding, I was. Actually, he is being sued right now for twenty five g's. The way that dude's got his image, that's pocket change for him. The claim is from a company that installs stereo's and (apparently) over charges shitty head bloated rappers. Problem number two with this situation, how many rappers have "young" or "lil" tattoed in front of their name. Idiots.

New Downloads Added.
I figured I haven't updated the downloads in a while, so I have added some instrumentals and remixes to the downloads. I am short on acapellas right, sorry. Anyway, enjoy.

Nas - Untitled
The title of the album doesn't necessarily have to be called Nigger for you to get the point. You may be heard that Nas was scheduled to release an album titled 'Nigger', however it was than reported to be titled 'Nas' and now simply 'Untitled'. What did nas have to say?
"I want my fans to know that creatively and lyrically, they can expect the same content and the same messages,” says Nas in a recent statement released “The streets have been waiting for this for a long time. The people will always know what the real title of this album is and what to call it."
I don't care what you call it, its a dope album. I've personally never been a Nas fan, other than Stillmatic and a few singles. This new album, he brings a new school flavor to it. I would recommend it to anyone, go out and buy the album. Forget what its called. The flow and vibe to the album alone kills it, the message with in each track and overall as an album makes it a classic forever. This is, in my opinion, the best music he has ever made.
Now on to the rumors; this is completely one hundred percent unconfirmed, but it has been said the track 'Be A Nigger' will not be featured on the album because they could not get the sample cleared. Apparently Dr. Pepper wasn't too happy with Nas borrowing the melody and replacing the word 'pepper' with 'nigger' in his hook "I’m a Pepper, He’s a Pepper…wouldn’t you like to be a Pepper too." The leaked version of Untitled does not feature that track and this rumor could very much be true.
What do you guys think?

Live Radio Shows: Friday July 11th 2008
Some of you may know of the Drunk and High as DnH, good abbreviation in my opinion. A few of you caught the first show a week ago, and we've decided to do a second show. No, we will not be recording it yet this week as these are just pilots but maybe a member might do it and lace it in the forums for you. For times when the show will be airing, please click 'read more' under neath this post.
Before the DnH show, AyPerskAy will be hosting an hour set that remains untitled for now. We'll get back to you for more details. A download of that show, and tracklisting, will be avalible after its airing.
Finally, I've been adding alot of new songs to the radio. We got some old school on there now, aswell as alot of recent singles from various artists. In the forums you can find a thread where you can list ten of your favorite songs; I will take that list and add them to the radio playlist.

"Atleast Im Not Opening For a Cunt Like Kayne"
I heard Glastonbury was dope as hell. Good for hova, I thought he fell off after he tried to come back with Kingdom Come. Remember that album? Anyway I heard Glastonbury brought some drama too. If you haven't heard by now, you really need to bookmark a hip hop site or learn to use RSS feeds, but Amy Winehouse decided to piss off a nation of hip hop fans. Her exact words, as you can here from the BCC Website are "Atleast I'm not opening for a c*** like Kayne." Now to be perfectly honest, it is unclear what that 'c' word is, but Im going to speculate cunt. Anyway, to make it even worse it was before Jay's set, you know, the man who signed Kayne. Who does the bitch think she is? To be honest, I'm pretty sure she doesn't know due to the drugs. I'm glad Kayne took it lightly and ignored it, and I hope the hip hop community does to so that this bitch doesn't get any more publicity. Doesn't she remind you of Fran Drescher from that 90's TV show The Nanny? Or is it just me? Tell me what you guys think about this, leave a comment :D. PS: Here's some fuel to spark you guys up... "Winehouse's battles with substance abuse have been the subject of much
media attention. In various interviews, she has admitted to having
problems with self-harm, depression and eating disorders.
In August 2007, Winehouse cancelled a number of shows in the UK and
Europe, citing exhaustion and ill health. She was hospitalized during
this period for what was reported as an overdose of heroin, ecstasy, cocaine, ketamine and alcohol."
